CXA Oil & Gas Holdings, LP (“CXA”) was acquired by Kona Oil & Gas Properties (“KOGP”) effective September 1, 2017 – CXA is an oil gas production company owning working interests in over 800 wells scattered among 10 states with core assets located in the major plays of the day: the SCOOP, STACK, Bakken, Delaware and Midland Basins (“Major Plays”).

Much like KOGP, CXA is focusing on: (1) buying and selling non-operated interests in producing properties all over the United States; (2) acquiring leasehold acreage from 3rd parties in the Major Plays and (3) participating in the drilling of is core asset acreage above.

CXA Oil & Gas Holdings, LP prefers non-operated working interests in long life producing oil and gas wells. Our targeted deal size is between $1 to $25 million.

Like Delmar Holdings, CXA is managed by Ryan and Wes Youngblood in Austin, Texas.
