Delmar Holdings, LP (“Delmar”) was acquired by Kona Oil & Gas Properties (“KOGP”) in 2001 – Delmar is an oil gas production company owning working interests in over 250 wells scattered among 8 states with core assets located in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

Much like KOGP, Delmar is focusing on buying and selling non-operated interests in producing properties all over the United States.

Delmar prefers non-operated working interests in long life producing all and gas wells. Our targeted deal size is between $1 to $25 million.

Like CXA Oil and Gas Holdings, Delmar Holdings LP is managed by Ryan and Wes Youngblood in Austin, Texas.
